We offer returns for either store credit, a refund in the original form of payment, or an exchange for a different size or color. Please email team@lemanmercer.com to initiate a return.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery date and shipped back within 10 days of the request approval. 

Items purchased on lemanmercer.com are eligible for return provided that they are returned in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached. We cannot accept items that have been worn or used for return or refund. 

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.

Items indicated as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.

We may reject the return if items have makeup stains, deodorant/sweat stains, and/or items that smell of perfume. Leman Mercer reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer. Returns and exchanges may only be made once, items purchased with a store credit are non-refundable.
